Quickfix: Add to Document > Settings > Local Layout:

Provides binom 1


Background: LyX adds an own \binom definition if binom is used but
amsmath not loaded. Beamer, however, automatically loads amsmath
without telling LyX this.

Fixed in master now.

Could also go to stable.
