colors in dark mode: LyX note with a vertical space does not look good

As I see it, these would be just extensions of what I have already done for _some_ inset colors to other inset colors that have not yet been addressed.

Since I don't know when I will have time for this, please just file tickets with 2.6.0 milestone.
