colors in dark mode: LyX note with a vertical space does not look good

Attached are three files: the example file and screenshots of it on
2.3.0 and on current master.

I think the output looks bad also without checking the box "use system
colors" (although I didn't attach this one).

I know colors are extremely tricky to configure so that they look good
in all contexts, but I still ask just in case.

Jürgen has made some very nice improvements. For example, I wonder if
this commit can be used as inspiration to solve issues that come from
bad combinations (in this case, the LyX note color as the background and
the vertical space as the foreground):

@Jürgen I wouldn't blame you at all if you aren't interested in looking
at this. From what I understanding, making fixes for colors is in some
sense a never-ending battle.
