Oint is not displayed in lyx 2.4 and above

Oint in font was 'fixed' for newer lyx releases, so this sounds little bit
like your system uses 2.3.8 font for all releases and obviously working
only 2.3. If this guess is right then installing the 2.4 font as a base
would make 2.4/2.5 work and 2.3 fail.
