Hacks so I can daily-drive breakinsets3?

Another issue I just found. To reproduce:

1. Open LyX.
2. Maximize the window.
3. Do select all.

Result: I get the following:

/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/15/../../../../include/c++/15/bits/stl_vector.h:1382: const_reference std::vector<lyx::Row::Element>::back() const [_Tp = lyx::Row::Element, _Alloc = std::allocator<lyx::Row::Element>]: Assertion '!this->empty()' failed.

Can you reproduce?
