This introduces a bunch of new strings for localization, but note that
quite some of them have already been there (before 2.5) but haven't
been caught for localization yet (which was a bug).

Note also that the capitalized/lowercase versions are needed as we need
to decide per language whether capitalization (or lowercasing, for that
matter) makes sense/is allowed (cf. "Section 1 and section 2." vs.
"Abschnitt 1 und Abschnitt 2.").
