Unless I'm doing something wrong, this doesn't work at present, because 
the labels are still output as \label rather than \zlabel. It looks to 
me, in fact, as if we need to output both \label and \zlabel, since the 
ordinary \ref command, e.g., won't work with just \zlabel, and we still 
use the ordinary commands with non-formatted references. Alternatively, 
we could use \zref, \zpageref, etc, instead of \ref, \pageref, etc, 
whenever zref-clever is chosen.
