Bug: Incorrect language used in figure caption headers

Hi,

I am writing a document in Finnish with some figures. In LyX, the figure
caption headers are correctly in Finnish (except Sub-Kuva - subfigure), but
the generated PDF uses incorrect English caption headers.

Expected behaviour:
1) generated PDF uses language selected in document settings for all
caption types
2) in preview UI, instead of Sub-Kuva (subfigure) caption, Alikuva is used
as caption header

Lyx version:

> Version 2.4.0~RC3
> (Friday, February 9, 2024)

> OS Version (run-time): Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS

This version is the latest available version for Ubuntu 24.04.02.
LyX PPA's for Ubuntu haven't been updated for several years now.
