Steps to Reproduce (I guess):

  * Create a table (eg. 5x7)
  * Add contents, including some footnotes which themselves include
    hyperlinks. Set the contents, but not the footnotes, to a custom
    text style ("Smallest"). Sprinkle some italics around.
  * Add a new column at left
  * Merge some of the first column's cells vertically (multirow cell,
    let's say rows 2-4)
  * Change cell to vertical (set rotation flag)
  * Select the whole subsequent row 5 after the multirow cell.
  * Attempt to copy the row
  * LyX would reliably crash the first few times this process was done.
    It now doesn't. But it did a bunch. The system wouldn't let me
    register to report the bug, hence this email.

Backtrace:

Had one, lost it. Suggest saving to disk.
