#13147: Support Zero-width joiner

Hello Thank you for your efforts and excellent support. I followed the
procedure you suggested, but unfortunately, after reconfiguring and
restarting the lyx, the desired changes did not take place. I have attached
the Word file for your viewing. I do not consider one possibility to be
unlikely, and that is that I opened the file with plain text and saved it
in plain text format. After removing the # sign, do I have to save it in a
special way for the lyx to respond. Thank you very much for your kindness
