Since I have access to an Ubuntu 18.04 VM, I fixed this issue and the 
other one.

Pavel, I am glad to see your bots put to good use :)

Would it be possible to use "make -s" to make the reports less wordy, 
and maybe to change the message title ? [ci announce] is weird.
