I did a run of Coverity Scan today to cover this big new commit. I see 
23 new defects, but I did not receive the corresponding e-mail. Could 
someone who received it forward it to this list, so that Koji can take a 
look?

Many are about the fact that MathRow::char_format_index is not 
initialized, but I do not know a good default value.

It is not that we were starving for defects, we got 200+ on Monday %-[
