How to underline and color hyperlinks?

I think we could indicate this in the UI pane (either 
disabling border option when colorlinks are enabled
or enhance the tooltip).
Reading hyperref manual it's clear that they clearly 
understand both options as mutually exclusive.

Right, per manual feature, not bug.
