Again I already saw this on the same file format. But I do not have the
time to pin point the cause, I tried several times and I have failed.

Again I can be wrong, and in this case this would be a good thing :-),
but I will continue looking into this.

At the same time I think that one of our goals, regarding the file
format, should be that it is friendlier towards control version systems
like git (a small change is localized and it should not affect the
whole document).
