The issue is that I see this even without changes tracking.

Notice that the changes are only seen later, that is why I suspect that
this is not related with changes tracking.

My problem with this is if we are removing significant white spaces. A
white space at the end of a paragraph is probably irrelevant and this
could be the reason why we have not found this before...

This message is just to raise the awareness for this issue. I don't
have any smoking gun just a suspicion.
