A few ctests were magically fixed

I got the following "failures" on very-recent master:

  INVERTED.LYXBUGS_export/export/lyx2lyx/11773-language-reversion-nesting-polyglossia_lyx22 (Failed)
  INVERTED.LYXBUGS_export/export/lyx2lyx/11773-language-reversion-nesting-polyglossia_lyx23 (Failed)
  INVERTED.LYXBUGS_export/examples/ko/Welcome_lyx22 (Failed)
  INVERTED.LYXBUGS_export/examples/ko/Welcome_lyx23 (Failed)

Since these tests are inverted, this means the underlying export
actually succeeds now. Does this mean #11773 was somehow fixed?
