Bug report and account registration

Hi,

I would like to report a bug that has occured in the latest version 2.4.2.
May I register an account and report it on Bug Tracker? Thanks!

To summarize, in the past versions the fancyhdr package had always been
loaded after the geometry package when selecting the `fancy` page style in
the document settings. In the latest version, however, fancyhdr is loaded
at the top of the preamble. This has led to erroneous headers in my
documents.
