LaTex preambles for generating tagged pdf output

And this (just \DocumentMetadata without loading of the testphase
package) is possible as of LyX 2.4.0 via

Document > Settings > PDF Properties > Document Metadata. Its content
is wrapped into \DocumentMetadata{...} and output before
\documentclass.
