Consider shortcut to mathbf

Dear devs,
please consider making a shortcut for mathbf, since a lot of people use it
for vectors and matrices instead of \boldsymbol or \vec. A good default
would be CTRL-SHIFT-B, since CTRL-B is \boldsymbol and bold in many text
editors.
