Version 2.4.0~RC4 Instant preview stops working when inserting floats or comments

Support for cprotect is new in 2.4.0. This is not (only) relevant to
preview, it is used in cases where arguments of macros might break.

Don't know about suffix, but cprotect should probably by a requirement
for LyX now generally.
