John,

There were several errors in the bib file (commas missing after several
pages entries). BibTeX errored on that (and reported it in the messages
pane).

After I have fixed that, the file compiles for me and produces the
bibliographies.

Corrected bib file (and PDF for reference) attached. Note that I
commented out the (missing) graphic and changed the fonts (due to local
font problems).

Just on a side note: although quoting bib entry values works, it is
more common (and IMHO readable) to use braces.
