Preview use dvipng when the document use pdflatex

Actually it looks like this situation was already thought of in
https://git.lyx.org/gitweb/?p=lyx.git;a=commit;h=75f7eafd6561c4926e7c15e89b7d65b7b479dd4d
but it does not work for some reason.
