I had similar deliberations about the out of sync translations of the web.
At the end I come to the conclusion that until the download page contains
the right links for source & windows/mac installers it better than not having
the translations at all. And all of the current translations seems to
do fine in this respect.

But we can ditch long unmaintained versions as well if that's the preference.
I do not have any hard opinion about it.

We could also add plea in the next call for 2.4.1 translations if translators
could quickly check the consitency of the web. But most likely the most
delayed (hungary/spanish) won't get attention that way anyway.
