Crop to coordinates option doesn't work

The LaTeX graphics package provides not only the clip option, but also
the "viewport" option (amongst other similar options). What you see is
the viewport option being used without the clip option. This might be
unexpected from your perspective, but it is something graphics
supports, and we want to support it as well (see the graphics manual
for details).
To reset the image to its original state, press the "Get from File"
button in the "Coordinates and Clipping" pane.
