LyX 2.4.0 and 2.4.1

Hi

I have recently installed 2.4.0 and then upgraded to 2.4.1 on 2 
machines: an imac and an OpenSuSE tumbleweed.

The Mac and Linux implementations differ.

On the Mac the top left icon gives the About LyX output.

On the Linux you instead go to the Help menu to get the About Lyx output.

Is this  expected?

It would be nice if the About LyX option on both systems also showed the 
lyxformat value (e.g. 630)
