APA article: new on master, xmllint now gives errors

Probably related to Jürgen's new features (thank you for working on
those!) on master, the following ctest now fails:

  export/templates/Articles/American_Psychological_Association_%28APA%29,_v._7_xhtml

It fails because xmllint now gives the following errors:

I don't think these are that important. So I will plan to just invert
this test unless someone is motivated to take a look. CC'ing Thibaut and
