upgrade arabic dictionary to 1.5

I can do the update. But are you sure, this is correct thing to do?
The current dictionary database (also from 2020) has ~2.5 mil. words,
the version you suggest has only 0.9 mil. words.

So it sounds like downgrade instead of upgrade....?
