Didier, please test the generic version of configure.py. 
The same thing to test:

1) Remove all files in cache (do this for any re-test)
2) Take configure.py attached to this email and replace it by the one you found in Resources.
3) Launch lyx & reconfigure via Tools->Reconfigure.
4) Close lyx and launch it again, open your problematic example.

I will commit this version to 2.4 if it works.
