flatpak

The package has permission to access documents and all work should be done
in that directory. Access permissions can be changed as needed by the user
with commands or with flatseal.

Additionally, because I was not given permission to access the /tpm
directory (maybe I am not explaining it well), the temporary files must be
stored in a documents directory so that they can be accessible, the
directory must have been created ( documents/.tpmlyx). It is necessary to
view the PDFs, lyx must be configured to store its temporary files in a
document directory.

Flatpaks in general can make requests to open files but if they are in the
sanbox they cannot be viewed. In my case, when I click on View, a window
opens where it allows me to select any installed PDF viewer.

The tests I have done are based on running the files in help. I will review
the concerns raised.
