>From what I can remember Qt5 just does not scale well on Windows (2.3.7
uses Qt5), I looked into this too a couple years ago and experienced the
same issues, there is no fix or workaround I am aware of. Qt6 is better
with scaling, which you can test with 2.4.0 RC3.
