Translations for 2.4.2

We're moving towards the release of LyX 2.4.2, in a couple weeks. Please 
have a look at the po file and send us any updates to translations by 
Sunday, 8 September.

in case you do not want to do a git checkout. You are welcome just to 
send us the updated po file---in which case, please send it to 
po-updates at lyx.org or just directly to me. (These files tend to be 
large, so better not to send it to the usual lists.)
