Thank you for your email. I forgot to provide LyX version and platform earlier:
Version 2.4.1 (July 1, 2024)
Qt Version (run-time): 5.15.13 on platform cocoa
Qt Version (compile-time): 5.15.13
OS Version (run-time): macOS 12.7
