Cursor painting gets stuck if space before end of inset

To reproduce:

1. Open the attached file.
2. Put the cursor just after "testing" and before the space.
3. Press <Right>.

Result: it looks like the cursor is frozen for a second.

Similarly, if after (3) you do another quick <Right> you can see two
cursors painted for a split second.

Can anyone reproduce?
