Thanks for taking a look. Done at 46a62573.

I believe we set "Always Babel" for some reason in the Spanish
documents. It would be nice to set it to Automatic (or Default, I forget
which is recommended). Should I try to do that and see how the tests go,
and check the diffpdf to look at the appearance? I think we might have
taken a look at this a while ago but for some reason didn't make the
change. I forget. But maybe with my ctesting and your expert knowledge
and Dan's Spanish, now is a good time to try to make this change?
