Making Spanish docs less dependent on Babel

Sorry for responding this late. I have been very busy these last two weeks, so I completely disconnected from the mailing lists.

As stated in one of the emails (https://www.mail-archive.com/lyx-devel@lists.lyx.org/msg219273.html) Babel does have very good support for Spanish, including mathematical operators (lim, limsup, sin, max, and the like). Thus, I have never used anything other than Babel and completely ignore how well Polyglossia supports Spanish.

Will give a hand in whatever I can.
