2.4.0 with qt6

Built from git commit hash 73e588bd
Qt Version (run-time): 6.5.2 on platform wayland
Qt Version (compile-time): 6.5.2
OS Version (run-time): Fedora Linux 39 (KDE Plasma Prerelease)
Python detected: 3.12.0 (/usr/bin/python3)


Today was the first time that I tried LyX with Qt 6 and I was amazed by
the look and feel of it.

Thanks to all you for the good work with this integration.

In particular I will, most probably, switch from qt5 to qt6, for the
Fedora builds, when 2.4 is released. Is there any particular issue that
I should be aware?
