Translations for LyX 2.4

Hi Richard,

The module is a user interface for the hereapplies LaTeX package. An
overview is available here:

I believe that what in the module appears to be a double definition is
actually the definition of two function versions, one followed by an
asterisk and one without.

There was a previous mention of that module in this mailing list. Here is

As for the update to a more recent version of LyX, what part of is outdated?
