Not as far as I recall. I do have separate entries for git.lyx.org and 
lyx.org, which both contain:

Host lyx.org
        IdentityFile ~/.ssh/lyxgit
        HostkeyAlgorithms +ssh-rsa
        PubkeyAcceptedAlgorithms +ssh-rsa
