The actual announcement contains the details. You can always find a list 
of fixed bugs either on the main bug tracker page, or in the status.23x 
file linked from here:

or in the top directory of the repo.

By the way, if you're comfortable compiling, you can always compile the 
stable branch yourself. We could use other testers of that. It's 
intended to be, uh, stable.
