Support the normal text completion.

Hi here,

The normal text completion feature is currently unavailable in LyX:
say, when I type `coun`, then all the possible words with such prefix
should be
triggered to display in a popup window.

Or, to be more intelligent, as long as I input a part of the target
word, any words that contain the input part, can be suggested and
displayed as candidate words.

So, I would like to request the add/implement/support of this feature.
