crash playing with lyx2.4

play with TOC, Help->About LyX, ...

Then after a wile pausing there is a crash.
Fortunately this time running under gdb.

This is with clean source, without the patch from Scott.
(BTW, with the patch I had the crash too, therefore testing also without)
