biblatex-chicago cite engine

Thank you, Jürgen.

It really needs a closer look. I just took the biblatex-natbib.citeengine
file, made a few hacks for loading the right package (biblatex-chicago) and
that's it – that's all I needed for my document. But it is definitely a
must-have feature for LyX.
