Wiki problems and where to report them

Feel free to bring whatever access issues you have, we'll try to be helpful.

There is no one to report to. Simply edit/fix/remove obsoleted stuff.
Or ask here if unsure about some changes.
In this particular case the ReleaseNotes is so off that you can just delete it
(or add correct links to newer versions).

Again if you known git enough that you know what you are doing feel free to
merge them and delete the obsolete one.
