Request to register for bug tracker account

[Christopher Hillenbrand]

Dear LyX developers,

I'd like to register for a trac account! Whom should I ask for help with
that?

Also, what do you think of adding text-width-limitation in windowed mode as
well as fullscreen? I like this feature and it'd be even nicer if I could
use it all the time. I'm asking to register in order to submit an
enhancement request (or a patch) to the bug tracker :)

Best regards,
Chris Hillenbrand
