Propose pdflatex as default for preview

Since newest dvipdf, gs (from debian), dvipng (from ctan) show the same reaction,
the error is presumably in latex (TL2022) output. Maybe the dvi-output of latex has not
too much attention anymore.

Apropos, in ticket 9371, the default is first proposed to pdflatex too.
Anyway, we suffer now for months from this behaviour.
