Propose pdflatex as default for preview

I am against for the reasons explained in bug 9371. Sometimes external 
software introduces regressions and those should be corrected. We don't 
need changing our code to solve problems introduced by external 
software, otherwise we always have to continuosly change the code to 
track others' bugs.
