[LyX/master] AA not longer exists in CTAN; deleting section on AA.

I have downloaded the current version of aa.cls which is 9.1 and edited the 
section for A&A in my working copy to reflect the changes since 5.1 (the last 
version referenced in Appendix.lyx). I can insert that into the 2.4 
Appendix.lyx.
