[LyX/master] AA not longer exists in CTAN; deleting section on AA.

But this does not include A&A, since this class _never_ was on CTAN as
far as I can tell.

Yes, but you could also argue that documentation for these cases is
even more important, as it guides people in how to install it.

Furthermore, you remove documentation, but not support. We still ship
the aa.layout

As I said, I don't think CTAN presence should be a criterion. After
all, if people want, or must, publish, in the A&A journal, they should
be able to do that notwithstanding CTAN's policy (or the willingness or
motivation of class authors to publish on CTAN).

Removing documentation in these cases makes sense, I agree.
