po-updates

Hi all,

we forgot to make po-updates at lyx.org alive in the transition to the new
@lyx.org mail owner. We either declare it dead and remove references to it or
we need to forward it to couple devs who are willing from time to time commit
.po files in the tree.

It should be more devs so the emails are not lost when one dev gets busy etc.
Is anyone willing to share the burden here?
