Indeed.

I see a couple things left that may be in your ballpark:

* development/cmake/modules/LyXMacros.cmake
This refers to a QT4_GET_MOC_INC_DIRS. Is this expected?

* development/cmake/post_install/CMakeLists.txt

There is still a reference to Qt4, and I suspect this code path will be 
used with Qt6.
